Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level JavaScript Developer to join our development team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career developers who have a solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS and are eager to build modern web applications. You will work alongside experienced developers to create, test, and maintain responsive, user-friendly applications while expanding your technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA team members to implement new features.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs.
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
- Test applications to ensure functionality, responsiveness, and performance.
- Learn and apply modern web development best practices.
- Stay up to date with new JavaScript features and frontend technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Basic knowledge of Node.js and npm.
- Experience with browser developer tools.
- Portfolio or GitHub projects demonstrating JavaScript skills.
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum development practices.
