We are seeking an experienced IT engineer/consultant who has worked or managed in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT department providing end user support for at least 10 years. We a full Managed IT and Cybersecurity provider for small and medium businesses and non-profits across a diverse range of industries. We are growing and elevating the value of our proactive services which take considerable effort and the right team. Our entire team is ready to make us better.

To do this we need you! We are expanding our team with a highly qualified and supportive individual looking to do more and have a larger impact. We need to support our technicians and make them more productive. We require someone who is success focused and capable with a wide range of technologies specifically Azure, Windows Server, Advanced Networking, Active Directory, InTune, iOS and MDM. Personal Requirements:

May have limited local travel.

Technical Requirements:

Our ideal match will have high or expert level understanding of the ITIL framework, Windows Server and Azure architecture, Microsoft 365, Networking, iOS, MDM/MAM, Microsoft Endpoint Protection Manager/Intune, Apple Business Manager, and system administration.

You should also have advanced or expert knowledge in:

You will be the senior admin of our support services team where you will be the escalation point, empowerment coach, and support sage.

Hours may vary, but at this time they are 8am to 5pm EST. This is an in-office position with limited remote flexibility. We will provide all required devices and training. As this project expands, so will your responsibilities and abilities.
