Compensation:
$55,000 - $100,000+ annually
Responsibilities:
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified appointments, ensuring our top agents have a steady stream of potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, fostering trust and rapport to facilitate seamless real estate transactions.
- Collaborate closely with our real estate team to understand client needs and match them with the right expert, enhancing client satisfaction.
- Utilize our proven systems and training to efficiently manage and track leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Actively participate in team meetings and strategy sessions, contributing insights and ideas to improve lead conversion processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing client concerns with professionalism and care.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for the team.
Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate sales or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry.
- Ability to convert leads into appointments effectively, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients for our agents.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, fostering trust and rapport.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage and track leads, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with clients over the phone and in person.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team, contributing insights and ideas to improve processes.
