Compensation:

$55,000 - $100,000+ annually


Responsibilities:

  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified appointments, ensuring our top agents have a steady stream of potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, fostering trust and rapport to facilitate seamless real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate closely with our real estate team to understand client needs and match them with the right expert, enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Utilize our proven systems and training to efficiently manage and track leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and strategy sessions, contributing insights and ideas to improve lead conversion processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing client concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Continuously update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for the team.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate sales or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Ability to convert leads into appointments effectively, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients for our agents.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, fostering trust and rapport.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage and track leads, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with clients over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, contributing insights and ideas to improve processes.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
