Job Description We're Hiring: Apartment Maintenance Technician (Full-Time) - JOIN A TOP 10 NATIONAL COMPANYLocation: 21 South at Parkview Apartments, Baton Rouge
Pay: $19-23/hour + Bonuses $3,000+ a year

- Completing work orders efficiently and professionally
- Preparing units between residents (make-readies)
- Painting, staining, and light carpentry
- Preventative maintenance and exterior repairs
- Occasional on-call coverage (just one property!)
- Supporting housing inspections and safety protocols
Skills We're Looking For
- 2+ years of general maintenance experience
- 6+ months apartment maintenance experience
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills
- HVAC repair experience and EPA certification
- Pool experience and CPO certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
- Willingness to complete basic safety training within 30 days
