BGSF is hiring Make Ready Technicians to help prepare apartment homes for new residents. If you have experience with painting, repairs, appliances, construction, maintenance, landscaping, or general handyman work, we want to talk to you!

🔧 What You'll Do
• Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins
• Complete trash-outs and apartment turns
• Install and repair appliances
• Replace locks, filters, bulbs, and fixtures
• Perform light plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting repairs
• Pressure wash, clean breezeways, and maintain curb appeal
• Ensure apartment homes are move-in ready and pass inspection
✅ What We're Looking For
• Experience in maintenance, construction, make ready, painting, remodeling, landscaping, or related trades
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
• Basic hand tools required
• Power tools are a plus
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
