Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician
Reports to: Director of Maintenance
Salary/Hourly: Hourly
Pay Range: $36.00 Hour - $40.00 Hour ($1 night differential)
Shift: Days 5pm- 5am (2-2-3 rotation)
Bonus: $5000 sign on bonus
Summary
CraftMark Bakery is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its highly automated, state-of-the-art commercial bakery. The role focuses on keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Primary responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, drivers, sensors, and production machines
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery and mechanical systems
- Reset or monitor PLC-controlled systems.
- Read and follow diagrams, sketches, manuals, and engineering specifications
- Analyzes/Maintain equipment throughout the plant
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Understands specifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a production environment
- Basic computer skills
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
Physical Demands of Work Environment
- Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to stand for 3-5 hours at a time; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/ or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
