Your mission
Uptime is your north star. You’ll orchestrate preventive and corrective work, lead rapid responses to breakdowns, and strengthen our predictive maintenance program—while reinforcing a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Role details
- Pay: $46–$48/hour (commensurate with experience) + year-end bonus
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:30pm (schedule can vary)
- Location: Douglassville, PA
How you’ll make an impact
- Plan and direct daily maintenance activities across all shifts (PM, CM, and emergency work).
- Organize and prioritize work through the CMMS, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Lead shutdowns, coordinate installs, and oversee vendors/contractors.
- Develop your team—train, mentor, and ensure everyone can safely perform at a high level.
- Champion safety: enforce LOTO and all company policies.
- Own breakdown management: triage issues, allocate resources, and minimize downtime.
- Maintain spare parts and supplies at optimal levels.
- Connect to PLCs and VFDs with laptop-based tools to pinpoint faults, check I/O, and support production troubleshooting.
- Perform root cause analysis on repeat mechanical and electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
- Pitch in on welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications when necessary.
- Manage third-party service providers working on site.
- Continuously enhance preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
What you’ll need to succeed
- 5+ years of heavy industrial maintenance experience.
- 2+ years of supervisory/lead experience preferred.
- Deep mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience on automated manufacturing equipment.
- Welding and fabrication capability.
- Background with industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and plant automation (preferred).
- Flexibility to support multiple shifts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CMMS, and ERP tools.
- Leadership presence with excellent communication and organization.
