Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in training new maintenance staff and promoting best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and improve facility operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
