We are currently seeking Apartment Make Ready Technicians better known as Maintenance Heroes, to join our team!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Complete service requests in a timely fashion (i.e., plumbing leaks, installs and replaces sinks, faucets, and toilets, troubleshoots and replaces basic electrical components)
- Must know how to Complete Make Readies and Turns
- Making apartments ready for occupancy (i.e., light carpentry work, drywall repairs and finish work)
- Appliance, electrical, heating, plumbing and safety equipment repair and replacement
- Preventive maintenance; assisting with inspection of apartments, buildings and grounds
- Touch up painting, repair and replacement of window screens and glass
- Pick up / clean grounds and common areas.
- Have HVAC experience preferred
- Be on-call
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in apartment maintenance
- Must have extensive experience with high-volume apartment turnovers and make-ready processes
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Must have own tools is a plus
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be educated on how to complete a Make Ready on an apartment unit
