About the Role\n
Fipsar is seeking a Technical Delivery Coordinator to support the successful delivery of Data Warehouse (DW), Business Intelligence (BI), and AI projects for enterprise clients. This role serves as the primary onsite/client-facing coordinator, working closely with business stakeholders and offshore technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities\n

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client projects.
- Coordinate project activities with business stakeholders and offshore development teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams.
- Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Review functional deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with business requirements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and resolution.
- Support production readiness, go-live activities, and Hypercare.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Ensure projects follow SDLC and Agile best practices.

Required Qualifications\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, delivery coordination, business analysis, or technical project support.
- Experience with Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Platform projects.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with offshore development teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Exposure to data modeling, ETL processes, and BI reporting.
- Experience supporting UAT and production deployments.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare projects is a plus.
