Job Duties:
- Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC chiller systems

Checking refrigerant levels, pressures, temperatures, and efficiency

Performing preventive maintenance

Diagnosing mechanical/electrical problems

Working with building automation systems
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Ability to work with other crew members
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
