Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 5 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work.

- $19.00- $22.00/HR
- Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses

Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
- HVAC experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to help with on call and with snow removal
A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.Valid driver’s license required.A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.Employees are eligible for 20% off rent at any Monarch community, terms and conditions apply.
