Job DescriptionPosition Summary
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support aerospace manufacturing quality and compliance in a precision machining environment. This role is primarily focused on documentation review, AS9100 compliance support, FAIR documentation, certifications, and quality systems administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Review inspection reports, certifications, traceability records, and supporting documentation prior to shipment
- Support AS9102 FAIR preparation, ballooned drawing review, and documentation validation
- Audit manufacturing and quality records to ensure AS9100 and customer compliance
- Review engineering drawings, customer specifications, POs, and quality clauses
- Assist with corrective actions, root cause investigations, scrap review, and CAPA
- Support document control, training records, and continuous improvement initiatives within the quality system
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of manufacturing quality, QA, engineering support, or related technical experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Aerospace manufacturing experience
- Experience with AS9100 quality systems and AS9102 FAIR documentation
- Familiarity with material certifications, traceability requirements, and GD&T
- Experience with ERP or quality management systems
Employment Type & Compensation
- Type of Employment: This is a Full-Time | Direct Hire position
- Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience
- Application Period: This position will remain open until filled
Work Schedule
- Monday – Thursday (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | Friday (6:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
