We are seeking experienced, motivated Renovation Technicians who take pride in quality workmanship and understand the value of completing projects efficiently without sacrificing quality. What You'll Do
- Complete apartment renovations from start to finish.
- Perform drywall repair, painting, flooring installation, trim work, and finish carpentry.
- Install and repair cabinets, countertops, doors, hardware, and fixtures.
- Complete plumbing and basic electrical repairs.
- Install appliances and perform punch-list items.
- Ensure each renovated apartment is completed to company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors.
Qualifications
- Previous apartment renovation or residential maintenance experience required.
- Knowledge of drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical work.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
