This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, restaurants, fitness, events, hotels, or customer service who wants to grow with a dynamic company.

What Youll Do
- Tour prospective residents and help them find their future home
- Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails
- Build relationships with students, residents, and guests
- Help drive leasing, renewal, and occupancy goals
- Support resident events, move-ins, move-outs, and daily operations
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the resident journey

Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service, sales, hospitality, leasing, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Weekend availability as needed
