The Role
We need a Construction Project Manager to drive data center buildouts from planning through commissioning. You will own timelines, coordinate contractors and vendors, manage budgets, and keep everything moving. This role can be based in Silicon Valley, CA or Birmingham, AL.
What We Are Looking For

5+ years of construction project management experience, ideally in data center or mission-critical facilities.

Proven record delivering projects on time and on budget.

Comfortable in Silicon Valley-style environments -- fast pace, low ego, high output.

Fluent with modern PM tools like Slack, Asana, or Procore.

Strong communicator who can translate complexity into clear updates.

Agile mindset -- you adapt fast and keep the team moving.

PMP is a plus but execution track record matters more.
