Senior Project Manager
W.B. Guimarin & Company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial mechanical construction projects while mentoring the next generation of project managers.

What You'll Do
- Lead multiple commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, cash flow, forecasting, and profitability
- Develop strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field leadership
- Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, and risk management
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers and support the growth of the Project Management team
- Work closely with Superintendents and Foremen to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Deliver exceptional customer service while exceeding project expectations
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Experience managing large commercial HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical projects
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- Proven leadership experience developing project teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
