Haynes Group is looking for someone to track and improve leasing performance across our residential portfolio — including The Residences at Quarry Walk (225 units, Oxford, CT) and our growing statewide footprint. Join a Team that develops award winning communities!
PART-TIME, FLEXIBLE HOURS, IN OFFICE/REMOTE/HYBRID
Here's what you'd be doing:
- Tracking guest cards, tours, applications, and leases by source
- Building weekly conversion reports the leasing team actually uses
- Spotting underperforming channels and vacancies that are sitting too long
- Helping tweak campaigns, refresh listing photos, and fine-tune geo-fencing based on what the data's telling us
- Working with on-site leasing managers to track lost reasons and follow-ups
You'd be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in multifamily marketing, leasing, or property management analytics
- Are comfortable living in lead-source data (Zillow, Apartment.com, ILS platforms)
- Know your way around Excel (CRM/PMS experience is a nice bonus)
- Like working independently — this is part-time with flexible hours
