Leasing Agent Job Details:
- Hours – Full-time
- Pay Range – $19 - $20 / hour + eligible for commissions!

Leasing Agent Job Objective:
The Leasing Agent assists in all functions necessary to effectively operate the community. Work independently and as a team to perform leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative duties.
Leasing Agent Responsibilities:
- The Leasing Agent greets prospective and current residents in a warm and welcoming manner, conducts property tours
- Compile and process residential applications;
- Navigate and update data through the property management software;
- Coordinate lease signings and conduct move-in orientations for new residents;
- Assist with resident services as needed;
- Log and audit resident packages received throughout the day;
- Perform unit inspections to ensure market readiness;
- The Leasing Agent must adhere to organizational policies & procedures as well as MN Fair Housing laws
Leasing Agent Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills with an understanding of the Internet and its uses for marketing.
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service or sales related field, preferably in property management.
This is a full-time position with a schedule of 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Most Saturdays required.
