Berk Enterprises is a stocking global supplier of food service disposables located in Northeast Ohio and currently has an opening for a Janitorial Cleaner. We are currently looking for self-motivated candidates with a "can-do" attitude to join our team! Generally responsible janitorial duties at our warehouses located in the Warren area.
Shift:
Part-Time available Morning or afternoon 4 hr. shifts available M-F
What you will be doing during your career with Berk Enterprises:
- Sweep or vacuum and mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors.
- Dust work surfaces, other furniture, and surfaces.
- Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls.
- Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap.
- Clean entrance glass and other interior glass.
- Work effectively with other team members.
- Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners. Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.
To be considered for a career with us, you will need:
- Must be reliable.
- Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. and be able to work alone with limited supervision.
- Must be able to work on your feet for over 90% of the workday or assignment.
