The Mission

Guard uptime, reduce unplanned downtime, and elevate equipment performance through rigorous maintenance practices and cross-functional teamwork.

How You’ll Contribute

Execute PMs, conduct inspections, perform repairs, and dial-in equipment adjustments.
Troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC disciplines.
Respond swiftly to breakdowns and urgent calls to contain downtime.
Record detailed maintenance actions, parts usage, and equipment history.
Assist with equipment installations, modifications, testing, and startup activities.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to drive reliability improvements.
Champion continuous improvement; propose and implement process enhancements.
Support plant shutdowns, product changeovers, and special assignments.
Maintain a safe, orderly, and clean workspace.
Comply with safety, food safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

Your BackgroundRequired

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
At least 2 years in maintenance within manufacturing, industrial, food production, or similar
Strong mechanical instincts and troubleshooting capability
Fluency with mechanical/electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC
Ability to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
Proficiency with hand/power tools, measuring devices, and diagnostic gear
Self-starter who also thrives in a team setting
Organized and solutions-oriented
Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred

Technical degree, apprenticeship, or vocational training in Maintenance, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, Electrical Technology, or related areas
Hands-on experience with PLCs, automation, VFDs, robotics, and industrial controls
Trade certifications (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Welding, etc.)
Food plant experience and knowledge of GMPs

Physical & Environmental

Stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and climb throughout the shift
Lift/move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Work at heights and within confined spaces when required
Wear and maintain required PPE

Environment includes exposure to moving machinery, industrial equipment, temperature variations, noise, and industrial chemicals. Safety is our top priority, and all employees are expected to follow company safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards.
