We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Roving Apartment Maintenance Technician in Williston, ND. - Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
- Respond to work orders and resident service requests
- Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
- Participate in an on-call rotation on an as needed basis (Minot & Williston)
- Snow removal when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
- Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
- Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe
- Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time
Compensation & Benefits:
- $21-$23/Hour
- Annual salary increases up to 5%
- Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
- On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs
