Available Shifts
First Shift
- Schedule: 5:45 a.m.–2:45 p.m.
- Starting pay: $16.50 per hour
- Additional production-based bonus opportunities
Second Shift
- Schedule: 3:45 p.m.–12:45 a.m.
- Starting pay: $17.50 per hour
- Additional production-based bonus opportunities
Position Summary
The Pallet Repairer is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and rebuilding wooden pallets according to established quality and production standards. This is a physically active position that requires the safe use of hand tools and pneumatic equipment.
Responsibilities
- Inspect pallets for damaged or missing boards.
- Remove and replace damaged pallet components.
- Repair pallets according to company quality standards.
- Safely operate nail guns, hammers, saws, pry bars, and other tools.
- Meet daily production and quality expectations.
- Stack and organize completed pallets.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Work effectively as part of a production team.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull wooden pallets and materials.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
- Previous pallet repair, construction, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation
Employees receive a competitive hourly wage based on their assigned shift. Both shifts also offer opportunities to earn additional production-based bonuses.
