Join our multifamily apartment complex as a Maintenance Associate where your expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems will ensure the smooth operation and safety of our community. We seek a dedicated technician with a strong background in apartment maintenance who can perform regular and preventive maintenance with attention to safety and efficiency. This role requires being on call one week per month to address urgent issues promptly.
Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC repairs and routine maintenance
- Conduct electrical system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Handle plumbing repairs and preventive maintenance
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working order
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in apartment maintenance
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certificate in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing
- HVAC certification
- Experience with HVAC repair
- Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing
- Proficiency in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Understanding of safety compliance standards
