Facility Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities include:
- Perform preventive maintenance and facility repairs
- Repair drywall, paint, flooring, plumbing, and lighting
- Complete basic carpentry and concrete repairs
- Support remodeling and facility improvement projects
- Perform groundskeeping and seasonal snow removal
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues throughout the facility
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Assist with moving equipment and office furniture
- Follow safety procedures and complete maintenance documentation
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of facility maintenance or construction experience
- Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs
