We're looking for a Data Engineer to join a growing data team focused on building reliable, scalable cloud data pipelines supporting critical healthcare data.

What You'll Do

- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Azure, Databricks, Python, and SQL
- Develop ETL/ELT processes for large, complex datasets
- Investigate data issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve data reliability
- Implement data quality checks, validation frameworks, and monitoring
- Adapt pipelines to changing vendor data formats and business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver trusted data solutions
- Support production environments and contribute to engineering best practices

What We're Looking For
\n
- \n
- 2+ years of Data Engineering experience
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and cloud data platforms
- Experience building and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive mindset with a focus on data quality, ownership, and continuous improvement

Nice to Have

- Healthcare, pharmacy, or claims data experience
- Experience with hybrid cloud/on-prem environments
- Exposure to Git, CI/CD, Jira, or ServiceNow

The projected hourly range for this position is $80-$90
