We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join a growing infrastructure team in Malvern, PA. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong Microsoft infrastructure expertise, Azure administration experience, and a background in server engineering. You will play a key role in designing, building, and supporting enterprise systems while providing Tier III technical support for critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

- Build, deploy, and maintain Windows Server environments across on-premises and Azure infrastructure.
- Administer and support Microsoft Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity services.
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 and Office 365 environments.
- Perform server builds, upgrades, migrations, and patching.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and server issues as the Tier III escalation point.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administration and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure a stable, secure, and high-performing environment.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and infrastructure changes.

Qualifications
\n

- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure administration.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure administration and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience building, deploying, and supporting Windows Server environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server administration.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Office 365.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and systems management.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, routing, and switching.
- Experience providing Tier III infrastructure and systems support.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
