NIGHT SHIFT: Monday to Friday 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM
12 month contract likely extended
Facilities Technician
- Support Facilities EHS compliance and safety programs across Fab8
- Coordinate utility turn-on/off activities with manufacturing teams
- Help develop and update operations & maintenance procedures
- Troubleshoot UPW, WWT systems, and chemical handling (VMBs)
-Perform maintenance on pumps, filtration systems, RO units, and chemical treatment equipment
Required Qualifications:
• 2 Year Technical Associates Degree in Science, Math, Engineering, Semi-Conductor operations or a related discipline.
OR
• Equivalent military training / experience with a minimum of 2 years relevant facilities experience.
OR
• Certification from an accredited trade school with a minimum of 3 years relevant facilities experience
OR
• High school diploma with a minimum of 4 years relevant facilities experience
Physical Capacity Demands:
• Able to perform shift work on a 8-10 hours per day shift schedule if required (Normal working hrs. are Monday to Friday 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM)
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment wearing required clean room clothing per semiconductor protocol/requirements
• Ability to lift, pull, and/or carry a minimum of 50 pounds on a periodic basis throughout the shift
• Able to wear appropriate PPEs to handle chemicals (including SCBA, respirators and chemical suits
