**Responsibilities:

- Perform repairs on all production and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation
- Carry out equipment and line changeovers according to production requirements.
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues that arise during production.
- Support a collaborative work environment by communicating openly, sharing ideas, and leveraging team experience.
**Qualifications:
**
- High school diploma or GED, plus 1–2 years of relevant maintenance or mechanical experience.
- Previous experience with high-speed packaging, processing, or other manufacturing machinery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Proven ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining professionalism and respect for others.
- Solid technical aptitude with the ability to apply fundamental electrical and mechanical principles in hands-on situations.
