Crabapple LandscapExperts is growing! For over 30 years, we have been one of Atlanta’s top locally owned landscape companies, providing high-quality landscape maintenance services to HOAs, senior living communities, corporate campuses, and commercial properties throughout Metro Atlanta.
We are looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader who enjoys leading a team, maintaining beautiful properties, and growing their career with a strong company.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and train a landscape maintenance crew
- Maintain commercial properties with high-quality standards
- Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment
- Inspect properties to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule
- Drive company vehicles and properly maintain equipment
- Communicate daily updates with Operations Managers
- Complete timesheets, inspections, and daily reports
Requirements:
What You Need:
- 4+ years of landscape maintenance experience
- Experience leading a crew or supervising team members
- Knowledge of mowing, pruning, edging, mulching, and plant care
- Experience using 2-cycle equipment (chainsaw, brush cutter, shears)
- Valid driver’s license (21+ required); Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be completed
- Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs
