Were looking for a Part-Time WordPress Developer to support our growing portfolio of client websites. This is a contract-to-hire role, ideal for a developer whos confident in their craft, enjoys solving problems, and wants to grow into a long-term role with a forward-thinking local agency.

What Youll Do
- Manage daily website maintenance including plugin and theme updates, performance optimization, and security monitoring
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement content updates, design enhancements, and functionality improvements
- Support occasional new site builds and landing page development
- Maintain hosting, DNS, and documentation for client sites
What Were Looking For
- 4-5 years of professional WordPress development experience
- Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with custom themes, plugins, and site performance tools
- Familiarity with hosting environments such as WP Engine, GoDaddy, or similar
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and reliability
- Local to the Twin Cities metro area (hybrid schedule: 23 days in office)
