Job Description
We are looking for a Data Specialist to maintain and update product and supply chain data in SAP. Your work will ensure manufacturing, purchasing, planning, and other teams have accurate information to keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

- Create, update, and deactivate product and supply chain records in SAP.
- Maintain materials, Bill of Materials (BOMs), routings, and other master data.
- Set up new parts and make bulk data updates when needed.
- Check data for accuracy and correct any errors.
- Follow company data standards, naming conventions, and processes.
- Work with engineering, manufacturing, planning, procurement, and other teams to collect and update information.
- Support audits by keeping data accurate and well documented.
- Help improve data processes and support SAP S/4HANA initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience maintaining product master or supply chain master data.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement.
