Job DescriptionHiring Maintenance Technicians
Hiring for a large automotive manufacturing facility in Delphos, OH. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing union manufacturer offering strong overtime potential, career advancement opportunities, and long-term stability.
Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery, motors, gearboxes, and molds
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks and inspections
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Work with 480V and 3-phase equipment
- Troubleshoot PLCs as needed
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete repairs
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Experience changing motors, gearboxes, and molds

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delphos, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr.
