Parkway Towers Condominium Association is seeking an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused Maintenance Technician to join our team. Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance throughout the property. This includes maintaining building systems, completing repairs, assisting with preventive maintenance programs, and providing exceptional service to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance throughout the property.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and general building maintenance issues.
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Inspect and maintain common areas, building equipment, and mechanical systems.
- Assist with preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of building equipment.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies and after-hours service calls as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work with vendors and contractors when required.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service while interacting with residents, guests, and coworkers.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical or trade school certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of building maintenance, facilities maintenance, apartment, condominium, or commercial property maintenance experience.

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and safety regulations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding work.
- Must be available to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.
