Key responsibilities include:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain:- CNC tube benders
- CNC mills and lasers
- 6-axis robotic welders
- Punch presses, brake presses, drill presses
- Saws, end formers, and cutoff machines

Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.

Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems.

Maintain building systems, including HVAC, boilers/heat pumps, cooling towers, rooftop fans, and air exchange systems.

Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), PPE, chemical handling, and fire safety.

Keep maintenance logs and document repairs.

Order replacement parts and coordinate with outside service vendors when necessary.

Work with production and engineering teams to keep equipment operating efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Electrical/electronics technical training.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automation.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
- Experience maintaining welding and CNC fabrication equipment.
- Basic fabrication skills are preferred.
- A Minnesota Boiler License and ISO 9001 experience are considered a plus.
Physical requirements:
- Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Standing, kneeling, climbing, and overhead work.
- Working around machinery, noise, oils, and industrial equipment.
Pay range:
