Job DescriptionAbout the Role:1ABOVE QUALITY SERVICES LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Post-Construction Cleaner to join our growing team in King George, VA. This is a hands-on role where you'll transform freshly built and renovated spaces into spotless, move-in-ready environments. If you take pride in your work and love seeing a dramatic before-and-after, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough post-construction and renovation cleanup on residential and commercial job sites
- Remove construction debris, dust, and leftover materials from floors, walls, and surfaces
- Clean and polish windows, glass surfaces, and frames to remove paint, stickers, and residue
- Scrub and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and all fixtures following construction work
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floor types including hardwood, tile, and carpet
- Wipe down cabinets, countertops, baseboards, and trim throughout the property
- Ensure job sites meet quality standards before final walkthrough and client handoff
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Reliable transportation to job sites in and around King George, VA
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and chemical safety practices
- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Military Base Access Requirement (Required)
This position is located on a secure U.S. military installation. Applicants must be eligible for base access. Applicants should possess a valid REAL ID-compliant driver's license, U.S. Passport, U.S. Passport Card, or other federally accepted identification required to obtain installation access. Employment is contingent upon the ability to obtain access to Naval Support Facility Dahlgren.
Schedule
Monday–Friday with possible Saturday work
