Your Role:

Become the Aerospace Quality Assurance Lead, the linchpin ensuring compliance with FAA standards, company visions, and customer expectations. This is your chance to shine in the oversight of aviation components, driving innovation and quality in MRO processes.

  • Guide first run articles with engineering collaboration.
  • Manage the shelf life and segregation of expired chemicals efficiently.
  • Verify all maintenance tasks fit technical manuals and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure all documentation meets regulatory demands with accuracy and traceability.
  • Conduct inspections with precision tools, safeguarding against defects and deviations.
  • Document results, confronting non-conformities, and recommending corrective actions.
  • Facilitate seamless cooperation across teams, addressing issues head-on.
  • Champion the inspection process, guiding fellow inspectors with expertise and mentorship.

Qualifications for Success:

  • 7+ years in aviation inspection or a Bachelor's degree substituting 3 years of experience.
  • Command over aviation component functionality.
  • Expert use of measuring tools like micrometers and calipers.
  • Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and performing CMM evaluations.
  • Detailed attention allied with adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and coach team members.
