Responsibilities:-

• Answer technical support phone calls and resolve installation & start-up questions

• Investigate and diagnose service problems, making corrective action recommendations

• Handle, process, and approve warranty claims per company guidelines

• Coordinate field warranty service calls with authorized refrigeration service companies

• Review and collect warranty and service data for ongoing analysis

• Make recommendations for product improvement based on collected data

• Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documents

• Participate in cross-functional teams to improve products and processes

Required Skills:-

• 5-7 years of refrigeration industry experience

• Licensed HVACR technician is a plus

• Proven customer service aptitude with strong phone etiquette

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong people management and time management skills

• Ability to travel to customer locations to provide field service support

• Proficiency with MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access

• ERP experience (M1, Oracle, or Syteline) is a plus
