Apartment LIHTC Leasing Consultant – Salem, OR
Career Strategies is seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant with LIHTC (Tax Credit) experience for a community in Salem, OR. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and knowledgeable in affordable housing compliance.
Pay: Up to $28/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Conduct tours and assist prospective residents through the leasing process
- Process applications, certifications, and recertifications in compliance with LIHTC guidelines
- Maintain accurate resident files and documentation
- Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and Fair Housing laws
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage leasing inquiries
- Assist with outreach and marketing efforts
Requirements:
- LIHTC (Tax Credit) experience required
- Previous apartment leasing experience required
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
